1. Program Description

Unload Easy Inc. and Demex Team Inc. (collectively "the Companies") operate a field service management platform that sends SMS text messages to employees, crew members, and customers for operational purposes, including job assignment notifications, status updates, and scheduling alerts.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Recipients may receive multiple messages per day depending on job scheduling and status changes. Customers will only receive messages after completing the double opt-in process by replying YES to the initial enrollment SMS.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates.

4. How to Opt In

Customers: Upon job booking, customers receive an SMS asking them to reply YES to confirm consent to receive job status updates. Only customers who reply YES will be enrolled. The opt-in message reads: "Unload Easy / Demex Team: Reply YES to receive SMS job status updates for your upcoming job. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

Employees: Employee phone numbers are entered by administrators during onboarding as part of the employment process.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by replying YES to a new opt-in message.
